Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment as it is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with your personal life. Our outpatient office setting emphasizes collaboration among team members while enabling individual counselors to tailor their approaches based on client needs. You will operate primarily from home but will engage actively in team meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' needs, identifying challenges and strengths to foster effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients, their families, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and treatment objectives.
  • Create structured plans outlining appointments, home visits, and observation sessions to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Organize and execute home visits to gather insights through in-home observations and data collection, enabling a holistic understanding of client circumstances.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly progress reports to track client advancements, assisting in the evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate with healthcare professionals toward integrated care solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training for staff to enhance their proficiency in executing program plans and adhering to documentation protocols.
  • Manage case records diligently, ensuring essential information is accessible to authorized personnel.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
