Responsibilities

Picture yourself being aLine Cookat Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to: 

  • Prepare and plate visually appealing, consistent, and high-quality dishes while working the line with focus and positivity
  • Own your station with pride—maintaining impeccable order, sanitation, and mise en place throughout your shift
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and food allergy protocols with precision
  • Rotate into support roles as needed to ensure a seamless and harmonious kitchen operation
  • Execute tasks efficiently while upholding brand standards, kitchen procedures, and inventory systems
