To thrive as a Weekend Temecula Winery Staff Member, you generally need customer service experience, basic wine knowledge, and the ability to handle sales transactions, often supported by a food handler's card or responsible beverage service certification. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools is typically required.
