About our Company:

We are a premier hospitality company with a 30,000 case DTC operation in the Temecula Wine Country. We are farming over 200-acres with 22 French and Italian varietals under the Bottaia and Ponte Winery labels.


We are looking for an experienced, passionate individual to be a part of our team at our Bottaia Winery. We are located on the Ponte Family Estate Ranch which is just east of the Ponte Winery Tasting Room. The Bottaia Tasting Room and Pool Club bring a unique experience to Temecula Wine Country, including new wines, a semi-Olympic size pool, a splash pad for the kids, and 30 cabines (traditional Italian beach changing rooms), and a poolside bar and cafรฉ.


Job Summary:

The Limo Attendant will be primarily stationed at the Tasting Room entrance to the BOTTAIA Winery Tasting Room. The Attendant will offer a verbal welcome, open the doors, and answer questions from guests.

Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 hourly DOE

Status: Part-Time

Schedule:

  • Schedule depends on Winery's needs.
  • Weekends + holidays are a must.
  • 11:00am-5:30PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with emergency procedures, and provide calm, reassuring assistance to guests and fellow associates in the event of an emergency.
  • Monitor limos as they enter the property ensuring they have a reservation and follow limo procedures.
  • Politely greet each limo, bus, or charter vehicle as they enter, and ask if they have a reservation.
  • Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Ensure guests are exhibiting appropriate behavior and are not intoxicated upon entering the property.
  • Politely refuse any groups and individuals who are not sober or who are exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
  • Respond to guest requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Welcome groups who are sober, behaving, and have a reservation.
  • Maintain orderly and safe conduct of guests while on property.
  • Enforce policies related to the minimum age limit.
  • Enforce ADA service animal policies according to law.
  • Report all suspicious occurrences or safety concerns.
  • Follow lost and found procedures and ensure guest property is properly secured.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by the Tasting Room Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
  • Exhibit integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
  • AA degree in Police sciences or related field.
  • Current California Guard card required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and in the outdoors, during inclement weather.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Ability to make quick and sound decisions.
  • Positive attitude, good conversational skills and enjoys working with the guests.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to engage the guests in a clear and professional manner.
  • Be willing and able to work well under pressure.
  • Work in high paced work environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
