Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area hospital in Coos Bay, OR where you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in relevant modality.
  • Current Oregon license or recent graduate of approved program holding a valid temporary Oregon permit prior to ARRT registry. Registry must be obtained within one year.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Three years previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. New graduates or clinicians with less experience will be considered.
  • Willingness to work full time with variable day and night shifts, including weekend coverage and flex scheduling (80 hours per two-week pay period).
  • Demonstrated ability to use a personal computer and imaging software, and to operate applicable office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently with minimal supervision, and support department workflow and patient leadership.
  • Image Wisely and Image Gently pledge certificates preferred; must obtain within 30 days of hire if not already held.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience or training in modalities such as CT, MRI, and Mammography is preferred.
