Job Description
We are seeking a part time IT Specialist to provide technical support to hotel staff and guests. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues. The ideal individual can work independently and within a team when necessary. This role does require working select evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
Micros POS
Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
Virus removal.
Computer repair and assembly.
Basic understanding of networking.
Understanding of WiFi
Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.
Experience with ticketing system. (TrackIT, Spice, Guestware, Hotsos)
Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.
Additional Information
This role will be scheduled several evenings and weekends.
You must pass the following:
Background check
Drug test.
This is contract to permanent position.
Compensation is $23-$28 an hour DOE.
