Job description

Field Supervisor 
CertaPro Painters in Lenexa, KS 
CertaPro Painters, an industry leading service organization, has an immediate opening for an experienced Field Supervisor for our residential painting division.   
Job Overview:  
This position will be responsible for managing and checking on painting crews and customers daily. This person will directly oversee 10 to 15 painting crews. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities include: 
1.     Daily interaction with customers and crews. 
2.     Checking on painting jobs for quality control. 
3.     Creates game plan and monitors progress on all large jobs. 
4.     Ensures crews are following customer services standards. 
5.     Ensures all paperwork is completed and turned in properly. 
6.     Some evening and weekend work will be required. 
Qualifications: 
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience overseeing crews. 
Painting preferred but not required,  
Bilingual required 
Valid driver’s license 
Comfortable with technology 
Customer service motivated 
Proven ability to get things done
Honesty
Team player
