ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Answering of phones and greeting of customers.
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate department or person.
  • Taking inquires and messages as needed.
  • Collecting rent payments, recording, and depositing them into the correct resident accounts.
  • Scheduling appointments for Leasing Agents.
  • Assist staff with filing needs.
  • Recording resident requests on tenant accounts and submitting work order requests.
  • Keeping front office area organized and free of clutter.
  • Keep waiting and leasing areas organized and free of clutter.
  • Keep office supplies stocked and report any ordering needs to the Office Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
