Celebrate Dental and Braces in Springfield, MO, is seeking a motivated Dental Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional patient service.
Primary Responsibilities: Greet patients upon arrival, manage appointment scheduling, answer phone inquiries, and handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Insurance & Billing: Perform medical and dental insurance verifications, clarify coverage details for patients, and assist with billing inquiries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Patient Communication: Provide compassionate support to patients, explain office policies clearly, and maintain effective communication between clinical staff and visitors.
