Compensation: At BluePearl, we offer a highly competitive compensation package for board-certified or residency-trained veterinary surgeons in New York City. The annual base salary range for this position is $251,000 to $342,000. However, this is just the beginning of your earning potential.

Additional Lucrative Earnings:

• Production Compensation: You have the opportunity to earn additional income through our generous production-based compensation model, with no negative accrual. This means your earning potential can significantly exceed your base salary.

Hiring Incentives:

• Sign-on Bonus: Receive a substantial sign-on bonus as part of your employment offer.
