About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you will work 1:1 with a child in their home/community, following an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA. You’ll directly support progress in communication, focus, and positive behaviors.
Daily Responsibilities
Build rapport with students and engage them in structured, goal-focused activities
Implement ABA strategies (discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, reinforcement, redirection)
Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately
Follow clinical guidance from your supervising BCBA
Communicate consistently and respectfully with families, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications
Education in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Strong communication skills and professional reliability
Experience working with children (especially with autism or developmental challenges)
Ability to document session data accurately and consistently
