About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Founded in 2015 by a team of dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS has been helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence for over a decade. We provide in-home and in-community ABA therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Competitive hourly rate: $22–$32/hour (based on qualifications & credentials)
Flexible part-time schedule: after school hours & potential weekends
Work closely with BCBA-level supervisors in our ABA professional network
Career growth: pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Personalized training and supervision from experienced BCBAs
As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you will work 1:1 with a child in their home/community, following an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA. You’ll directly support progress in communication, focus, and positive behaviors.
Build rapport with students and engage them in structured, goal-focused activities
Implement ABA strategies (discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, reinforcement, redirection)
Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately
Follow clinical guidance from your supervising BCBA
Communicate consistently and respectfully with families, supervisors, and team members
