Job Description: 
 • Experienced DevOps Production Support Engineer to play a key role in managing production environments, coordinating deployments, and ensuring system reliability across enterprise applications. The role involves supporting CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting deployment failures, and maintaining continuous availability in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
 The candidate will be responsible for:
 • Providing L2/L3 production support for build, deployment, and infrastructure operations across multiple environments.
 • Managing and executing application deployments and coordinating release activities with development and QA teams.
 • Monitoring production systems for performance, availability, and stability; identifying and resolving incidents proactively.
 • Supporting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.
 • Troubleshooting and resolving build or deployment failures in real-time to minimize business impact.
 • Automating repetitive operational tasks using scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) and DevOps utilities.
 • Administering source control and artifact repositories.
 • Supporting cloud infrastructure environments, assisting with environment setup, and patching.
 • Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes.
 • Participating in on-call rotations and providing weekend production support for deployments or incidents.
 • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for build, release, and operational processes.

 • Experience in DevOps, Build & Release Management, or Production Support roles.
