Job Title: Production Associate - Coffee Order Fulfillment
Location: Sunbury, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday) | 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Work 3 days per week and enjoy 4 weekdays off every week.

Join the Fresh Roasted Coffee Production Team
Fresh Roasted Coffee is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate for Coffee Order Fulfillment to join our growing coffee production team. In this role, you will help prepare customer orders by grinding fresh coffee, packing products, and preparing shipments to ensure every order leaves our facility accurate and ready to delight our customers.
This is a hands-on production role that keeps you active throughout the day and plays a key part in delivering high-quality coffee to customers across the country.
What You'll Do
  • Pick and pack coffee, tea, and related products according to order details
  • Grind coffee to the customer's requested specification to ensure freshness and accuracy
  • Prepare packages and print shipping labels for carrier pickup
  • Inspect packaging to ensure products meet quality and freshness standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized production and packing area
  • Report product or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor
  • Assist with general production, packaging, and fulfillment tasks as needed
  • Support team efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or order fulfillment preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing customer orders
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Interest in coffee and pride in producing quality products
