To thrive as a Weekend Only employee, you generally need flexibility, reliability, and the basic qualifications required for the specific job, such as food handling certification for food service or customer service experience for retail. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, or industry-specific tools is often necessary. Strong time management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are important soft skills for these roles.
