Longer appointment times allow the team to build meaningful connections with customers and understand their style, preferences, and vision. Using these insights, Dearly Beloved Bridal Boutique aims to turn each customerโ€™s wedding day dreams into reality through thoughtful guidance and curated selections.


Role Description: This Weekend Only Part-Time Bridal Stylist role is an on-site position located in Flower Mound, TX. The Bridal Stylist will greet and support customers throughout their appointments, listen carefully to their preferences, and select gowns and accessories that align with their vision and budget. Daily tasks include styling brides and wedding parties, managing fitting rooms, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and organized boutique environment. The role also involves processing sales, handling basic POS transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Weekend availability is required for this position, with availability most Saturdays and possibly Sundays.


Duties

  • Greet brides and bridal parties warmly, establishing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages confidence and excitement
  • Conduct detailed bridal consultations, listening carefully to understand each brideโ€™s vision, preferences, and style needs.
  • Assist with selecting wedding gowns, veils, and accessories
  • Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, offering styling tips, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally with excellent phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients as needed
  • Effective time management


Experience

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in fashion or specialty retail environments such as bridal or gown stores
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
