Pay: Full time and Part time $17.60 Available positions: 2nd Shift Full Time: 3:15 pm - 11:45 pm--rotating nights including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday night)--40 average hours per week. 2nd Shift Part Time: 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm--rotating Friday and Saturday nights and an occasional Saturday night only and Sunday night only--5.5 average hours per week. 2nd Shift Part Time: 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm--rotating Friday and Saturday nights and an occasional Saturday night only--5.5 average hours per week

Back-up/prn fill in positions available for all 3 shifts. $17.00 per hour. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for a variety of duties related to providing support and care for individuals living in Skill Creations, Inc

facilities, who have needs in the area of physical /medical care, behavioral support, cognitive support and independent living. The Direct Support Professional provides care according to the specific needs of the individuals. This includes but is not limited assistance and education with personal care, medication administration and independent living skills.

Direct Support Professionals also help to transport/accompany individuals to activities in the community and to local or out of town appointments. Hourly pay for full and part time DSP positions in residential facilities begins at $17.60 per hour ( Back up and PRN Employee Positions are paid $17.00 per hour), Full time employees (scheduled 30+ hours per week) are offered a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental and life insurance, holiday pay, paid time off and 401K.***Please note: While resumes are accepted, the online application and questionnaire must be completed before a candidate will be considered for any open positions. Includes working during inclement weather and some holidays. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving is required. Course work will be required for successful completion of CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management.

Basic computer skills are needed for e-mail, electronic training modules and recording data. Persons must have the ability to lift 50 pounds and the work occasionally requires balancing, bending, stooping and kneeling. The position requires the employee to be on his or her feet most of the time.
