Weekend & On-Call RN

Harbors Home Health & Hospice - Grays Harbor & Pacific County, WA

Make Your Weekend Work Count! Are you an experienced RN looking for a 3 day schedule while making a meaningful difference for patients and their families? Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident weekend & on-call RN to join our team. This unique position combines daytime patient visits with overnight hospice on-call coverage, providing continuity of care and ensuring our patients and families have access to experienced nursing support throughout the weekend.

Schedule:

  • Friday-Sunday Daytime: Provide scheduled home health/hospice patient visits throughout the service area.
  • Evenings & Nights: Provide hospice on-call coverage for urgent patient and family needs. Respond to calls, assess patient needs, provide telephone triage and clinical guidance, and make in-person visits when necessary. Collaborate with the team, providers, pharmacies, facilities, caregivers, and families. Participate in admissions or other visits as needed.

Required:

  • Current WA State RN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract reliable transportation - or optional company vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations
  • Strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications on-call compensation mileage reimbursement
