Job description

Delivery Driver / Sandblasting

Aviation Propellers Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver that will also assist with sandblasting duties.  You will transport critical aircraft parts, propellers, and tools between our facility, local airports, regional suppliers, and customers. You will also prepare and clean propeller components using media blasting. This role is vital to keeping our aviation customers flying safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parts: Transport components safely to local airports, hangars, and repair stations.
  • Load cargo: Load and unload heavy, delicate aviation equipment into company vehicles.
  • Inspect shipments: Verify delivery paperwork against physical parts for exact accuracy.
  • Maintain vehicles: Perform daily safety checks on company vans or light trucks.
  • Support warehouse: Assist with packing, organizing, and inventory tasks when not driving.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Physical ability: Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Screening: Ability to pass TSA background checks and FAA-regulated drug screenings.
