About Us

Midwest Equipment is a growing manufacturing company producing equipment and components for our customers. Our operations include fabrication, welding, assembly, painting, and final production of complete units. We are focused on building quality products, running efficient operations, and maintaining a strong, reliable team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Associate to support production across multiple areas of the shop. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn and contribute in different parts of the operation based on production needs. This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and wants to build skills across fabrication, assembly, and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow work instructions, prints, and supervisor direction
  • Perform work in areas such as fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, shipping, and paint support
  • Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
  • Support production needs across departments as required
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules
What We’re Looking For:
  • Dependable and consistent attendance
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
  • Willingness to learn multiple processes and take on new tasks
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred, but not required
