About this Role - Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily administrative and office supports operations of the office including establishing work priorities and workflow
- Prepares proposals, correspondence, presentations and reports for key customers
- Assists with the development and implementation of reporting procedures; oversees maintenance of office records and inventories of office supplies
- Potential to set up new jobs in JDE and distributes accordingly
- Ensures the execution of company policies and procedures
- Assists with the coordination of field and operational activities in association with Project Managers
- Assists with weekly-monthly reports, payroll records, union benefits and wages
- Review invoices/packing slips for accuracy and completeness
- Sort invoices and packing slips per company procedures
- Assist with copying invoices, timesheets, special reports, etc.
