Experienced Apartment Leasing Professional Needed – LIHTC Experience

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people and thrives in interactive work environment.


Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist current and prospective residents with professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries in a friendly and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments, tours, and resident meetings
  • Assist with lease-related processes and resident communications
  • Input and manage work orders to ensure maintenance needs are addressed efficiently
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Help create a welcoming, positive experience for residents and visitors


Leasing Agent experience/Skills needed:

  • Previous apartment leasing experience required
  • LIHTC
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
