  • Guaranteed Base Salary in Year One: To provide stability while building your practice, youโ€™ll receive a monthly minimum of $33,333โ€”or your collections-based earningsโ€”whichever is higher.

  • Student Loan Assistance: $2,000 per month provided during your first year to help offset student loan payments.

  • Relocation Support: Negotiable relocation assistance available.

  • Continuing Education Support: $2,500 annual CE allowance for coursework, travel, and professional development.
