Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • File, organize, and maintain resident and administrative records

  • Upload and scan documents into electronic systems

  • Assist with data entry and general office support

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
