We are seeking a highly professional and organized Receptionist to join our team at Mount View Assisted Living. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department and ensuring that all messages are delivered promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing general administrative duties, such as managing the copy machine and greeting clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or assisted living facility

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls using our multi-line phone system
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
