  • Manage and optimize all digital event listings (Google Business, The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola) and leverage social media, email campaigns, and paid ads to elevate brand awareness.
  • Conduct semi-annual Competitive Market Analyses (CMA) and SWOT reviews to track market trends and keep event packaging fresh.
  1. Event Execution & Cross-Departmental Leadership
  • Manage full event logistics and property tours; lead weekly BEO meetings to ensure operational alignment with F&B and Golf teams.
  • Deliver memorable, top-tier hospitality across the client lifecycle while monitoring guest feedback for continuous service enhancement.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club offerings, menus, and merchandise to effectively upsell and optimize F&B/golf revenue.
  1. Financial Tracking & Team Supervision
  • Manage CRM lead tracking, sales pacing, event budgets, and month-end financial reporting in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Mentor, train, and manage the Sales & Marketing Coordinator through regular check-ins and clear performance expectations.
  • Collaborate regularly with the General Manager on strategy, goal setting, and revenue performance.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership in hospitality, events, or venue management.
  • Proven track record in proactive outbound sales, pipeline management, and client networking.
  • Confident communicator (written, verbal, and in-person) with strong presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Passion for high-touch service, event culture, and the game of golf.

Schedule & Physical Requirements
