What is a real estate fund?

A real estate fund is an investment vehicle that pools capital from multiple investors to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate assets, such as residential, commercial, or industrial properties. These funds can be structured as private equity, mutual funds, or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), offering investors access to real estate markets without directly owning property.
