Retail Inventory Auditor!

Join the Team at FirstCash Holdings, Inc. as a Retail Inventory Auditor!

Are you detail-oriented, love working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on accuracy? FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is looking for a proactive and meticulous Retail Inventory Auditor to play a key role in maintaining precise store asset balances.

In this exciting role, you'll be on the move—traveling to various store locations to conduct hands-on inventory audits with a handheld scanner. You'll work closely with store management and the operations teams, ensuring inventory counts are “spot-on” and that company policies are followed with precision.

If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and the thrill of working in different locations, this opportunity is for you!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
  • Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
  • Follow company audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies.
  • Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
  • Work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies.
  • Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with store teams and management.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/retail environment and handling merchandise.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no major offenses.
  • Availability to work from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time (typically 4-5 nights every 2-3 weeks).

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stoop, reach overhead, and climb ladders as needed.
  • Comfortable traveling by car or plane, including overnight trips.
