The Processing Analyst also resolves issues with financial aid processes as escalated by various constituents and through case management in SalesForce (SF) or queries and reports from PeopleSoft (PS) or SFA.This individual also attends outreach activities where they can meet 1:1 with prospective and current students and parents, explain financial aid processes and review student accounts for eligibility and award status.All positions in Academic Affairs contribute to our core mission: to increase enrollment and promote equitable student success.
