Job description

PARKVIEW CHRISTIAN CHURCH is looking for a PRODUCTION LEAD to join this exciting and fast-paced organization. Parkview is one church with three campus locations in Orland Park, Homer Glen and New Lenox. The Production Team is seeking a full-time Production Lead to help carry out the mission of Parkview at the New Lenox Campus

The weekend experience is well-managed, and the volunteer teams are well-led at the New Lenox Campus. Event Specific Production needs for all campuses are well-produced for special events.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain responsibility for the weekend service experience at a multisite campus.
  • Oversee all AVL technical components at specific multisite campus: Auditorium and Campus venues (i.e. The City, Alley, all classrooms and nursery rooms, lobby systems)
  • Recruit, manage, schedule and shepherd Production Volunteer Team at specific multisite campus for weekend services, Kids, Students, Groups, etc.
  • Support other ministry events all year long including, but not limited to:Kids weekend programming, Student Ministry programming, Summer Jam, Groups events
  • Assist with volunteer training efforts at the discretion of the Production Director
  • Assist with the weekly Production Full Run at the Orland Park campus and at respective multisite campuses
  • Participate in Worship Arts department meetings and Campus Staff meetings as required
  • Meet with the Production Director for the purposes of ongoing personal, professional, and ministry development
  • Collaborate on the development of new systems and processes
