SAIC is seeking a Customer Support/Imaging Analyst for an onsite position out of Quantico, VA.

Introduction
Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The Air Force, Space & Intel Business Group (AFSI) of SAIC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Imaging) to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secure and adaptable IT infrastructure, provide customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Job Description
  • Apply approved Windows images to desktops and laptops using company tools (e.g., imaging software, USB media, or network-based deployment tools).
  • Perform basic pre-imaging steps (e.g., verifying hardware, connecting to network, booting to imaging environment).
  • Follow documented procedures to ensure each system receives the correct image, settings, and applications.
  • Run post-imaging checks (e.g., confirm successful installation, basic login test, verify system name, network connectivity).
  • Tag, label, and record computer details (serial number, asset tag, assigned user or location) in tracking spreadsheets or asset management tools.
  • Report imaging issues or failures to senior technicians or IT support staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store imaging tools and equipment.
  • Handle basic tasks such as plugging in peripherals, connecting monitors, and preparing systems for deployment.
  • Ensures laptops, PCs, and other access devices are built and maintained to expected standards of performance and security, ensuring patching and updates are carried out promptly and effectively.

Qualifications
It is required that the Customer Support Analyst (Imaging) have the following qualifications:
  • Associates Degree and Three (3) or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • US Citizen and Active Top Secret clearance.
  • IAT-II, Certification in one of the following areas, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, and/or Security+ CE.
