Mr. Rooter Plumbing is hiring a part time Weekend Plumbing Dispatcher to keep our operations running smoothly on Saturdays
and Sundays. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
without a full office team behind them. You will be the central point of contact for incoming leads over the weekend, support our
field technicians, follow up on open estimates, and schedule membership appointments.
*This role operates with greater independence than our weekday CSR/ Dispatch position. Strong judgment, initiative, and reliability are essential. Experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Incoming Lead Management
• Review and respond to all incoming leads received over the weekend
• Schedule non-emergency calls to the upcoming weekday schedule - no lead goes unworked
• Assess urgency: route true emergencies to on-call technicians; defer non-urgent work appropriately
• Enter and update all lead and customer information accurately in ServiceTitan
Estimate Follow-Up & Membership Scheduling• Make outbound calls on open estimates that require follow-up - work to move them toward approval
• Answer customer questions about estimates and communicate next steps clearly
• Schedule membership appointments for existing and prospective Mr. Rooter members
• Confirm membership appointment details with customers and update all records in ServiceTitan
Board & Schedule Management
• Monitor the dispatch board throughout the weekend and keep it organized
• Move calls and adjust on call tech schedules as situations change
• Ensure on call technician is aware of their updated schedules and any changes in real time
• Coordinate with on-call technicians to confirm job details, ETAs, and customer updates
Technician & Customer Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians working weekend shifts
• Communicate schedule changes and customer updates promptly and clearly
• Call customers with arrival time updates or to confirm weekend appointments
• Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and with urgency as needed
Administrative Wrap-Up
• Document all weekend activity - leads scheduled, estimates followed up, board changes, memberships booked
• Flag any open items or follow-ups needed for the weekday team
• Leave the board and records clean and accurate for Monday morning handoff
Qualifications
• Strong self-management skills - able to stay productive and on-task without direct supervision
• Confident outbound caller - comfortable following up on estimates and scheduling membership appointments
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing a live dispatch board
• Professional and friendly phone presence for both inbound and outbound calls
• Clear written communication for handoff notes and technician updates
• Reliable weekend availability - Saturdays and Sundays
• Basic computer proficiency - email, scheduling software, and data entry
Preferred/ Bonus QualificationsServiceTitan experience - ability to manage the board, book calls, update records, and schedule memberships is a strong
plus
Estimate follow-up or sales support experience - experience converting open quotes into booked jobs
Dispatch or home services background - prior work in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trade company
Weekend availability with flexibility - ability to cover occasional holiday weekends is a plus
