Your New Company

A well-established organization operating within the home improvement and customer engagement space is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to support increased demand during a busy season. This organization provides contact centre support for businesses across North America, delivering high-quality customer service and lead management in a fast-paced environment.


Your New Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer calls while also following up on warm leads. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience while booking appointments and resolving inquiries efficiently.

This is a hybrid role for Toronto/Montreal based candidates, operating within scheduled shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 8:00pm on weekends. Candidates are required to work one weekend day consistently, receiving a weekday off in return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (80–100+ per day) in a professional and friendly manner
  • Follow up on warm leads to schedule customer appointments (no cold calling)
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience across all interactions
  • Meet established KPIs including call volume, quality, and documentation accuracy
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately to internal teams
  • Adapt quickly to changing processes and guidelines


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to multitask (speaking, typing, navigating systems simultaneously)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
