This position is responsible for providing excellent customer and sales support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Respond to all inquiries via phone, or in-person in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate information about products and servicesCoordinate with warehouse, sales, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillmentResolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessaryMaintain records of customer interactions and transactionsProcess orders, forms and requestsCollaborate with other departments to address customer needsPerforms other related duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Detailed-oriented individual who strives for accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication, excellent math and negotiation skills, collaborative and supportive with positive energy and a can-do attitude Customer service orientated, strong interdepartmental and cross-departmental communicationsProblem solver, inquisitive and self-motivatedKnowledge of Microsoft Office SoftwareOrganizes effectively and efficiently, ability to find voids within product offeringDemonstrates the ability to maintain stable performance under stressful conditions and order deadlines, ability to multi-taskPhysical Requirements:The physical requirements are within the general range of an office position.
