Club Concierge - The Club at Tamarack
The Club Concierge is the first point of contact for Members and their Guests and plays a key role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and elevated Club experience. This position requires a dynamic, service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceeds Member expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver consistently professional, warm, and engaging service to Members and their Guests.
• Greet, check in, and assist Members and Guests while upholding all Club service standards.
• Create a polished and welcoming first impression that reflects the culture of The Club at Tamarack.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding events, Club procedures, and general information.
• Issue Member ID cards and Boundless Passes and maintain accurate records in Club systems.
• Provide personalized recommendations and booking assistance for dining, spa, events, transportation, and resort amenities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Club's Customs and Courtesies and apply them in every interaction.
• Resolve requests and concerns efficiently, professionally, and discreetly.
• Support Club operations, special events, and peak periods as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge area and uphold confidentiality at all times.
• Act as a professional ambassador of The Club at Tamarack with flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service experience required; minimum 2 years hospitality or private club experience preferred.
