What are Weekend Club jobs?

Weekend Club jobs typically refer to employment positions within clubs, such as nightclubs, social clubs, or fitness clubs, that primarily operate or require staff on weekends. These roles can include bartenders, servers, security personnel, DJs, and hosts, among others. Working in a weekend club often involves evening or late-night shifts and requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and sometimes, age restrictions due to alcohol service. Many of these positions are part-time and can be ideal for students or individuals seeking extra income. Experience in hospitality or entertainment is often preferred but not always required.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A Weekend Club job typically refers to roles in hospitality or event staffing, which usually do not pay $10,000 a month without significant experience or specialized skills. High-paying jobs that can reach this level without a degree are rare and often involve entrepreneurship, sales, real estate, or skilled trades where income depends on performance and effort. Most roles offering such income require experience, certifications, or a strong network rather than formal education alone.

Club Associate Workout Anytime Asheboro

We're hiring for our front desk in Asheboro a part-time role for someone who likes being around people, takes care of the details, and wants to grow into the gym industry from a real starting point.
This is a WEEKEND POSITION, Hours Below:
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
This isn't a sales job. Our club runs on RAMP (Resistance Applied Metabolic Prescription), a structured fitness program we prescribe to every member not just the ones paying extra for personal training. Your job on shift is to be the person who makes the club feel welcoming, keeps things running while ownership is off the clock, and introduces new and prospective members to what we actually do here. No cold calls. No high-pressure closes. Just a club that works and a team that cares.
The Role:

You'll cover the club during working hours as the primary person front of house. That means greeting every member who walks in, answering the phone, keeping the club clean and operational, and being the first face a prospective member sees when they come in for a tour.
What You'll Do:

Greet and Know the Members Learn the members who come in on your shift. Call them by name. Notice when someone is new and make sure they feel like they belong.
Answer the Phone Pick up, be helpful, and take a real message when you can't answer something yourself. The phone is one of the most important things in the club treat it that way.
Introduce Prospective Members to RAMP Give walk-in tours without pressure. Explain what RAMP is, how it works, and why it produces better results than a standard gym membership. If someone wants to join, help them through the process. If they don't, thank them for coming in and leave the door open.
Follow Up with Leads Call and email people who've asked about the club through the website, referrals, or renewals. The goal is to be helpful answer questions, invite them in, and make it easy to take the next step when they're ready.
Keep the Club Sharp Help with the maintenance and cleaning tasks that keep the club looking like a place worth coming back to. Every shift sets the standard the next one inherits.
Support Club Events Lend a hand with marketing events, in-club promotions, and member appreciation activities.
Who You Are:

Positive, friendly, and genuinely comfortable around new people.
Reliable when your shift starts, you start.
Comfortable on the phone (or willing to get there).
Organized enough to follow a process the same way every shift.
Interested in fitness, health, or wellness in some form you don't have to be a gym rat, but this shouldn't be a world you have no connection to.
Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or any people-facing role is a plus. Previous gym experience isn't required.
Compensation & Schedule:

Starting pay: $10.00/hour. Pay increases as you demonstrate competence the more of the role you master, the more you earn.
Part-time, consistent shifts and schedule.
Free gym membership, uniforms provided, and discounts on certifications if you want to pursue them.
Continued education and a clear path to advancement for people who want to grow into larger roles on the team.
Why This Job Is Different

Most gym front-desk roles are commission-floor sales jobs with a title that hides the reality. This one isn't. We built this club around RAMP so the member experience doesn't depend on cornering people into decisions they don't want to make. Your job is to be good to members, run a clean shift, and help prospective members understand what we do. The numbers take care of themselves when the job is run right.
Hiring Process

A human will review your resume within 24 business hours, and your first interview will be scheduled within 48 business hours.
