Village Tavern is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and Late Night Club Manager


Job Duties:

LATE NIGHT

  • Friday and Saturday nights are vibrant Club atmosphere with dance floor and DJs
  • You would be responsible for late night operations, overseeing the Doormen Team, Bartenders.
  • Balancing the cash drawers at the end of the night
  • Inspects dining room, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Supervises cleaning of the Bars


Dinner Hours

  • Assure bartenders and servers are following steps of service
  • assist in expo/running food/hosting if necessary
  • balance cash drawers at end of shift

REQUIREMENTS
