Weekend Case Managers help ensure that clients receive proper assistance even outside regular business hours.
As a Weekend Case Manager, you are responsible for assessing client or patient needs, developing care plans, coordinating services, and providing support to individuals and families during the weekend. You may handle new intakes, facilitate communication with healthcare providers or community resources, and help resolve any urgent issues that arise. Weekend shifts often require autonomy and quick decision-making, as you may have limited access to other staff or resources. As a Case Manager, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among others.
