Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours, completing nightly audit procedures, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner

  • Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

  • Perform nightly audit functions, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions

  • Prepare and distribute daily reports

  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management teams

Qualifications
