Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences? At Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - International Falls, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Overnight Auditor to join our team. Nestled in the heart of International Falls, our hotel is known for its warm hospitality, clean and cozy accommodations, and dedication to making every guest’s stay memorable. If you thrive in an independent work environment and are ready to keep our front desk and accounting operations running smoothly overnight, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Night Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our hotel operates seamlessly while providing top-notch customer service to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests, answering phones, and taking reservations.
- Responding to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Reconciling accounts, balancing the cash drawer, and logging receipts.
- Investigating and resolving out-of-balance accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Keeping accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assisting in preparing forecasts and audits.
- Performing laundry and cleaning tasks in hotel/common areas as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
