Freelance Virtual Auditor - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking professional, detail-oriented auditors to conduct remote audits virtually for a global restaurant chain. Auditors will evaluate food safety, brand standards, and operational compliance through scheduled virtual sessions with restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and conduct 1-hour virtual audits with restaurants, including preparation and review.

* Interactive session following a structured questionnaire.

* Provide feedback and coaching based on observations.

* Complete audit reports accurately and promptly.

* Maintain professional communication and uphold brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong professional communication skills (verbal and written).

* Excellent reading and interpretation abilities.

* Food safety knowledge would be an added value.

* Natural talent for professional interaction, coaching, teaching, and training.

* Multilingual proficiency.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Reliable internet connection, laptop access, and a quiet workspace.

Training Program

* Candidates are needed by May for 2 weeks paid training.

* Limited test audits and adjustments to the program will be scheduled in the first week of June.

* Transitioning to full-time virtual audits starting July through September.

* Dates may be adjusted according to the customer feedback.

Comprehensive internal training is provided to make auditors experts in:

* Virtual restaurant coaching.

* Food safety standards.
