We're looking for someone organized, friendly, and confident with dental insurance and patient communication to do general administrative tasks to include scheduling, phone communications, and billing. About Us We've proudly served our community with fantastic dental care for over 20 years, building long-term relationships with our patients and team. We value professionalism, efficiency, and creating a welcoming environment where both patients and staff feel supported. Key Responsibilities: • Greet patients, answer phones, and manage front desk flow • Schedule and confirm appointments • Verify insurance and explain benefits to patients • Submit and track insurance claims, post payments, and manage AR • Collect co-pays and balances, present treatment plans • Keep schedules full and support smooth daily operations Details: • Pay: $30-$36|hour + potential performance-based bonuses ~up to $75k annually • Benefits: PTO, Health insurance stipend, retirement, holidays • Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 2 pm on Mon, Tues, Friday) Requirements: • Dental office general administration with front desk and|or billing experience preferred • Strong communication and organization skills Join a stable, team-oriented practice where you can make an immediate impact.
