Job description


Looking for a remote position with room to grow financially and professionally? We are seeking a reliable, Ability to be fast-moving multitask admin to support our growing service-based business.

Responsibilities:

  • Simple bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Scheduling and staffing support(Only this sometimes required to be fast)
  • Online and text-based coordination
  • Light daily phone communication

Our business environment is very low-stress with minimal customer interaction, but we highly value:

  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Speed and organization
  • Reliability and communication
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Available Shifts:

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM

(Shifts may be combined depending on your availability.)
