Grammarly is now part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. The Superhuman suite of apps and agents brings AI wherever people work, integrating with over 1 million applications and websites. The company's products include Grammarly's writing assistance, Coda's collaborative workspaces, Mail's inbox management, and Go, the proactive AI assistant that understands context and delivers help automatically. Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here.

The Opportunity

Enterprise deals are won or lost with admins. At Superhuman, we're building the future of an AI‑powered productivity suite — and we need someone to make the experience of buying, deploying, and managing it feel as fast and delightful as the products themselves. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience to own our cross‑suite admin console. This role sits at the intersection of our two biggest bets — moving upmarket and becoming a true multi‑product platform. You'll be building for the people who hold the keys: IT admins, line‑of‑business owners, procurement teams, and economic buyers who need a unified, seamless way to manage Superhuman across their organization. You will obsess over making the admin experience delightful and intuitive, remembering that “Admins are users too.” Get this right and you unlock enterprise deployments at scale, as well as accelerate our multi‑product growth.

In This Role, You Will
  • Own the product roadmap for the Superhuman Suite's admin console, including user provisioning, SSO, role‑based access control, billing, and cross‑product settings.
  • Define and improve the end‑to‑end buyer journey — from trial and first purchase through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to build admin capabilities that meet enterprise requirements for data governance, auditability, and access control.
  • Work with Sales and CS to understand where admin and buyer friction slows deals or increases churn, and ship solutions that remove those blockers.
  • Build intuitive self‑serve admin experiences that empower IT teams to manage Superhuman at scale while reducing support burden.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product management, with experience building admin, billing, or account management products in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements — SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement or finance stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build simple, intuitive experiences for complex, multi‑product systems.
Competencies
  • Enterprise Empathy: deeply understand IT admins and economic buyers — their workflows, constraints, and earning trust.
  • Systems Thinking: design for scale and consistency across products while preserving flexibility.
  • AI‑First Operator: embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision‑making.
  • Extreme Ownership: act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes and the company's outcomes.
  • Results Driven: work tirelessly for results; take initiative, own outcomes, course‑correct, and adapt as needed.Customer‑Centered Innovator: redesign experiences to create AI‑native magic, delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Low Ego: put the company ahead of yourself.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute efficiently, and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Superhuman offers competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following:

  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
  • Disability and life insurance options
  • 401(k) and RRSP matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time
  • Generous stipends (including for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)
  • Annual professional development budget and opportunities

Superhuman takes a market‑based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
