Job description

The Appraisal and Repair Administrator is a vital member of the Appraisal and Repair team.
Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's banners, and other clients, ensuring a positive initial impression level setting expectations
Communication Management: Efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and oversee correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns or queries.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases.
Supplies Management: Monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral, ensuring critical supplies are always available.
Team Support:To ensure seamless operations, provide necessary support to colleagues and team members.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with Appraisers and other relevant parties to resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry is desirable.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Well acquainted with office management processes and fundamental accounting principles.
  • Minimum education of a high school diploma. A BSc/BA in office administration or a related field will be considered a plus.
  • Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) certification will be an advantage.

The hourly range for this opportunity is $22.00 - $25.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
