Our Assistant Administrator position is designed as a leadership pipeline for future Assistant Executive Directors and Executive Directors. Travel & Mobility
This is an ideal opportunity for leaders who are flexible and excited to grow. This position requires travel and may include extended leadership assignments at any of our communities located across seven states. These assignments provide invaluable executive-level experience while supporting communities during leadership transitions or special initiatives.
As you advance within the organization, relocation may be required for permanent promotion opportunities into Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director positions.

What You'll Do
Working alongside an experienced Executive Director, you'll help lead the daily operations of our Health Center services while developing expertise in every aspect of community leadership.
Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting overall community operations and regulatory compliance
  • Leading departments and coaching leaders to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintaining state and federal licensure and survey readiness
  • Assisting with budgeting, financial performance, accounts receivable, and cost management
  • Developing and mentoring department leaders and team members
  • Supporting occupancy growth alongside the Executive Director and Sales team
  • Driving quality improvement, resident satisfaction, and exceptional customer service
  • Leading interdisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of collaboration
  • Helping communities successfully navigate change, transitions, and operational initiatives

What We're Looking For
We're seeking ambitious leaders who want to build a long-term executive career in senior living.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license or ability to obtain/transfer within 60 days
  • Completion of an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program
  • Willingness to travel and relocate for advancement opportunities
