Accounting Admin Lenexa, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| $24-28ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a well-established transportation and logistics organization is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator / Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role offers a unique blend of administrative support, accounting functions, billing, and employee onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and enjoys being a key contributor to a busy office environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Enter and manage customer billing information.
  • Assist with invoice and payment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
  • Support reconciliations and reporting activities.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain office files and documentation.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and general office coordination.
  • Support communication between departments.
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation.
  • Scan, organize, and submit employee records.
  • Support compliance and recordkeeping processes.
  • Provide administrative support for workforce-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of office administration, accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software and follow established processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
