This position is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, and continuous improvement of the company's website(s). Serving as the business owner of the website(s), the role aligns customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution to deliver an exceptional digital experience. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership. This position prioritizes website projects, defines business requirements, manages the product roadmap, and measures website performance to ensure the platform supports growth and continuous improvement. This role combines product ownership, business analysis, project management, and digital strategy to maximize the value of the company's website investment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and development capacity to prioritize website initiatives and maximize the business value delivered by the company's digital platforms.
  • Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and long-term evolution of the company's websites by establishing annual goals, quarterly priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and development of roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the product owner by translating business needs into prioritized initiatives, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria while managing the website's backlog, production issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Lead website projects and releases from concept through implementation by defining scope, coordinating resources, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Championing the end-to-end digital customer experience by analyzing user behavior, gathering customer feedback, identifying friction points, and implementing improvements that increase engagement, conversion, self-service adoption, and online sales.
  • Own website performance measurement and reporting by establishing KPIs, developing executive dashboards, monitoring customer engagement and business outcomes, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance, customer experience, and website growth.
  • Present website performance data, KPI dashboards, trends and insights to leadership and key stakeholders clearly communication results, business impact, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes, prioritize website initiatives, and coordinate the systems, integrations, and enterprise technologies that support the company's digital platforms.
  • Own the website quality assurance (QA) process by developing testing strategies and test plans; coordinating testing, validating business requirements, documenting, and prioritizing defects, and ensuring that website updates meet quality standards before launch.
  • Own the company's website SEO strategy by partnering with internal and external teams to improve SEO, paid search performance, and overall digital marketing effectiveness while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate website strategy, roadmap priorities, project status, performance metrics, risks, recommendations, and business outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure the company's websites remain aligned with evolving business objectives, customer expectations, and industry best practices by continuously evaluating opportunities for optimization, innovation, and long-term growth.
  • Establish and maintain website governance, documentation, standards, release management processes, and best practices to promote consistency, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new digital technologies, software platforms, and third-party solutions that enhance website capabilities and business performance.
  • Represent the website team on cross-functional committees, strategic planning initiatives, and organizational projects as requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in website management, digital product management, project management, business analysis, or related digital role.
  • Experience with website analytics and performance data to establish KPIs, evaluate results, and recommend improvements.

PREFERRED:
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex websites or digital projects.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in website management, digital product management, eCommerce, web development, project management, or related digital role.
  • Experience managing B2B, eCommerce portal or other transactional website platforms.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, customer research, usability testing, and customer experience improvements.
