Description
The Website Administrator is responsible for the ongoing technical management, maintenance, and enhancement of AAR's digital properties, including aarcorp.com and additional websites. This role partners closely with IT counterparts, vendors, Investor Relations, Corporate Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure all corporate websites are aligned with brand standards, deliver excellent user experience, and support organizational priorities. The Administrator manages day to day web technical operations vendor coordination, development, quality assurance, and analytics.
What you will be responsible for:
  • Provide oversight, UX/UI support, and vendor project coordination for aarcorp.com, other branded sites, and AAR's intranet.
  • Manage AAR's SharePoint intranet site and perform technical administrative functions for it and all SharePoint sites.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for typical maintenance-type deployments.
  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues and bugs.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to maintain consistent design and branding across all current and future AAR affiliated websites.
  • Support the technical implementation of new design elements, block styles, and brand updates in Optimizely and manage the cookies and related policies across all AAR affiliated websites
  • Coordinate with other internal departments for content accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee ongoing updates, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with IT to set up new Optimizely users and maintain access permissions.
  • Train new users on Optimizely, content workflows, and governance.
  • Execute quality assurance for staging/test environments.
  • Support launch planning and execution.
  • Support SEO activities and partner with Corporate Marketing on strategy execution.
  • Own Google Analytics account management, including granting access and maintaining account structures (PAARTS Store, AAR CORP).

Qualifications
What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, IT, computer science or related field preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Optimizely strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, UX/UI principles, web development, web accessibility, SharePoint, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong project management and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong QA discipline.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
