The Mission
As Binance's Global Head of AI, you will architect and lead the intelligence layer of the world's largest crypto ecosystem.
You'll drive cutting-edge R&D and real-world deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent frameworks, and generative AI - creating adaptive, trustworthy, and creative AI systems that empower millions globally.
You will define how AI and Web3 merge - where identity, creativity, and ownership coexist in a new data economy.
This position will be based in APAC or UAE and work remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale Binance's AI and Algorithm organization - a cross-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators.
  • Define and execute the AI strategy, uniting personalisation, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a cohesive product vision.
  • Drive end-to-end innovation in three strategic areas:

Personalized Binance: Deliver intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading guidance, community discovery, and personalized learning journeys - powered by large-scale behavioral and contextual models.
AI-Native Support Ecosystem: Build next-generation AI customer service systems - self-learning, multilingual, and empathetic - serving millions with zero friction.
AI x Web3 Frontier: Pioneer AI-generated meme economies, agent-driven DeFi, and personalized crypto narratives - turning cultural energy into financial participation.
  • Foster collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to translate breakthrough models into scalable, production-grade systems.
  • Attract, grow, and inspire world-class AI talent across research, engineering, and product - building a global center of excellence.
