 Position Responsibilities

This position will support multiple internal projects that result in software to support our internal client business process and software programs that deliver web and API solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for using your experience as a project manager to efficiently deliver on project goals and commitments. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, strong communication, and providing quality product solutions is essential.


Key Tasks

  • Work across Business and Engineering teams as assigned to create project plans to track and deliver to the defined roadmap vision.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, sprint planning, daily scrums, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations as assigned.
  • Responsible for the successful and timely implementation of all business and IT relevant tasks associated with assigned projects.
  • Create formal project plans inclusive of milestones and deliverable details.
  • Guide the organization to work under our internal project/product methodology as assigned.
  • Work closely with product owners in backlog management and continuous delivery of features as assigned.

Requirements

 Skills & Specifications

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically.
  • Experience with infrastructure tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, DevOps, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve project related issues and escalations while navigating challenging situations in a professional manner.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within distance and local team environments across multiple business units.
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM and other Software Development Processes.
  • Experience facilitating prioritization of efforts with cross-functional leadership.

Education & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or other related degree (a plus).
  • PMP certification (a plus).
  • Experience in the Finance industry (a plus).
